MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Thin ice conditions made things a bit challenging at Lake Calhoun on Saturday, but it didn’t stop people from participating in the Minneapolis Polar Plunge.
For safety reasons, there could only be five plungers on the ice at one time.
This is the 19th year for the Polar Plunge in Minnesota. All the money raised goes to the Special Olympics.
